Reformer Express
Reformer Express Class is designed to give you all the benefits of a full Reformer session in just 30 minutes. This class is perfect for those who are short on time but still want a full-body workout that’s both effective and energising.
Stretch and Recovery
Stretching is your body’s way of saying, “Let’s calm down and relax.” With deep, mindful stretches, paired with your Pilates breathing, your body can melt away stress and tension.

Mums and Bubs classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at 10am.
